Service Description
An hour photo session for up to 6 guests. Please note that you are making a request for a photoshoot, once your request is approved your card WILL be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Equine Photoshoot Policy Red Gate Farms offers custom equine photoshoots with your choice of a horse only or a horse and carriage. Please review the following policy before submitting your request: Booking Requests: All photoshoot dates and times must be requested in advance. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Your booking is not confirmed until it has been manually approved by our team. Once approved the card you put on file will be charged. Horse & Carriage Options: Clients may choose between photos with a horse only, or with both a horse and carriage. Carriage use may be subject to additional availability restrictions. Payment: Full payment is due once your booking request has been approved. Sessions will not be confirmed without completed payment in advance. Timeframe: Standard sessions are scheduled in contracted hourly blocks. Final time allotments will be confirmed during booking approval. Cancellations & Rescheduling: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled session, no-shows, or day-of withdrawal will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. Safety & Conduct: For the safety of our animals and staff, all participants and photographers must follow staff instructions at all times. Red Gate Farms reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if policies are not followed. Weather: In the event of inclement weather, Red Gate Farms will work with you to reschedule your session. Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the start of the session. Photography Use: Clients are welcome to bring their own photographer. Professional photographers are responsible for their own equipment, insurance, and conduct while on property.
