Cancellation Policy
Red Gate Farms Equine Guidelines General Conduct (All Services) Be kind to our animals; they work hard and are good at their jobs. No screaming, yelling, growling, or other loud/disruptive noises. No smoking or vaping in the vicinity of animals or staging areas. Follow all instructions from Red Gate Farms (RGF) staff. Ask questions—we love them! Do not enter paddocks, stables, hitching, or staging areas unless directed by staff. No feeding animals unless expressly permitted and supervised by staff. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Flash, drones, tripods, and light stands must be approved by staff. Bun Bun / Beer Burro No one is permitted on Bun Bun during venue events. An RGF employee must serve any items from Bun Bun’s saddle pack (including alcohol, if applicable). ID checks and service refusals may occur per law and staff discretion. No outside food or treats unless provided/approved by RGF. Goat Encounters Pet gently with open hands along neck/back; avoid faces, ears, tails, and underbellies. Do not pick up, chase, or restrain goats. If they move away, let them. Only RGF-provided feed may be used, with staff direction. Wash/sanitize hands after contact; closed-toe shoes recommended. Carriage Rides Remain seated while the carriage is moving; keep hands/feet/items inside. Follow the driver/guide’s directions at all times. No phone/video calls while riding; stay attentive to instructions. Capacity limits and seating assignments are set by RGF for safety. Do not approach the carriage or horses until invited by staff. Safety, Wellness & Accessibility Guests with injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or mobility concerns should consult a physician and inform staff before participation. RGF may pause, modify, or end an activity for safety or animal welfare, at our discretion. Weather & Timing Activities may be rescheduled, shortened, relocated, or canceled for heat, storms, lightning, high winds, slippery surfaces, or other unsafe conditions. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten or forfeit service without refund. Waivers & Property All participants (or guardians of minors) must sign the RGF liability waiver before participating. RGF is not responsible for lost/damaged; guests are responsible for damages caused by failure to follow staff instructions.
